Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the British curriculum standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular events and activities.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc with PGDE).
- Proven teaching experience within a primary or early years setting, preferably utilizing the British curriculum.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching young children and a strong commitment to child safeguarding and welfare.
