Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and regular updates to parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to organize extracurricular activities, school events, and curriculum enhancements.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare periodic academic reports.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc (Ed), or relevant degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for child development and pedagogy.
