Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and school management.
- Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Design and utilize a variety of instructional materials, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), or a degree in a relevant discipline with a teaching certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience within a recognized primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of primary education pedagogy, curriculum implementation, and classroom management techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a passion for child development.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and creativity in dealing with young learners.
