About the Role
Tanzeel Colleges International is an esteemed Islamic educational institution in Nigeria, built on the conviction that education should form the whole person rather than merely prepare students for examinations. Since 2008, we have grown into a multi-campus institution offering conventional schooling, intensive Qur’an education, boarding, an online academy, and mentorship. We are currently seeking a passionate and values-driven Primary 4 Class Teacher to join our dedicated academic team and contribute to our mission of holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for Primary 4 students in alignment with the approved curriculum and Islamic values.
- Model exemplary character and practise deliberate tarbiyyah to foster moral and academic growth in learners.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student well-being and holistic development.
- Honour the trust placed in the institution by families, guiding learners with wisdom, care, fairness, and amanah.
- Minimum of a NCE, Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.), or related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience teaching at the primary school level, specifically Primary 4.
- Deep alignment with Islamic educational values and the principles of tarbiyyah and amanah.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
