Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant lessons tailored to the learning needs of primary school students.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and positive behavior.
- Assess, monitor, and record students progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and regular updates to parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies to maintain an optimal learning atmosphere.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, staff meetings, and professional development training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance teaching methodologies and student support programs.
- Must possess an NCE, HND, B.Ed, or B.Sc degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school environment is an added advantage.
- Must reside strictly within Baruwa, Ipaja, Ayobo, Egbeda, and its immediate environs for easy commute.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a genuine passion for teaching children.
