Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective primary school lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and behavioral development, providing constructive feedback.
- Integrate Islamic values and moral teachings into daily classroom activities and interactions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administration, and parents to support student growth.
- Utilize modern teaching aids and ICT tools to enhance classroom engagement.
- Minimum of a B.Sc., B.Ed., HND, or HND with a PGD in Education, or any other recognized relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong subject matter expertise and proven lesson delivery skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional classroom management and organizational abilities.
- ICT literacy is a strong added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Islamic values and practices is required.
