Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in PHP and related web development technologies to diverse cohorts of students.
- Facilitate hands-on coding labs, practical projects, and interactive troubleshooting sessions to reinforce learning concepts.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support to ensure course completion and certification success.
- Update and adapt training materials in alignment with current industry standards and New Horizons' rigorous pedagogical framework.
- Maintain a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and technical mastery.
- Proven professional experience as a PHP Developer, Software Engineer, or Technical Instructor.
- Deep understanding of PHP frameworks (such as Laravel or Symfony), MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant industry certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
