Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using the EYFS framework to cater to the diverse learning needs of nursery pupils.
- Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of children.
- Adhere strictly to child safety and protection policies and procedures at all times.
- Foster social and emotional development, encouraging self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Integrate modern technology and digital resources into daily classroom instruction to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, identifying unique areas for support and continuous development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to curate curriculum content and share best teaching practices.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
- Valid TRCN certification or eligibility for nursery school teaching certification.
- Proven previous teaching experience within a recognized nursery school setting.
- Strong familiarity with child safety, safeguarding, and protection policies.
- Demonstrated competence in utilizing classroom technology and digital administrative tools.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, lesson planning, creativity, and adaptability skills.
