In this strategic role, you will champion our premium wines and spirits brands across hotels, restaurants, and cafes nationwide, building enduring partnerships and delivering exceptional market share growth in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive national strategies to expand the premium HORECA channel.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in high-value accounts.
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and oversee contract execution with industry partners.
- Drive innovative brand activations and maximize product visibility across target venues.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and consumer insights to capture new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage operational budgets, track key performance indicators, and guarantee positive return on investment.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on wines and spirits.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing premium HORECA accounts and multi-regional operations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, and business acumen.
