As Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless clinic operations, exceptional patient care, and optimal team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor medical policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Oversee daily administrative operations and coordinate clinical staff activities for maximum efficiency
- Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives
- Review and analyze medical KPIs and OKRs to drive continuous improvement
- Supervise patient care delivery, ensuring compassionate and effective service standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings, resolve workplace issues diplomatically, and foster team engagement
- Provide clinical consultation and support to healthcare team members
- Assess community healthcare needs and contribute to new service development
- Support the REACH Program Manager in achieving departmental and organizational objectives
- MBBS, MbChB, MD, or DO degree from a globally, nationally, or state-recognized university
- Minimum 2 years post-NYSC experience
- Valid, current registration and license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical management skills
