About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator for our REACH program based in Tofa, Kano. In this role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, manage support staff, and ensure the compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality patient care while supporting departmental and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor adherence to medical policies, procedures, and KPIs to ensure top-tier quality assurance.
  • Supervise daily clinic operations, coordinate staff schedules, and conduct performance evaluations for clinical team members.
  • Facilitate clinical onboarding, organize staff training, and lead periodic team meetings to foster high employee engagement.
  • Conduct face-to-face and remote medical consultations, providing ongoing clinical support and guidance.
  • Resolve patient complaints diplomatically and contribute clinical expertise to research projects and new business development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Medicine (MBBS, MbChB, MD, DO) from a recognized institution and in compliance with the Medical and Dental Association of Nigeria guidelines.
  • Successful completion of compulsory medical internship and a minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC clinical experience.
  • Current, up-to-date registration and practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong skills in data presentation, operational management, and quality control.
