About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the parent company of the iconic Chicken Republic brand, is revolutionizing the West African food sector. We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven PPU Area Manager to oversee our Pie Production Units (PPUs) across the South-South region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards while leading a motivated team of culinary and retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies to ensure PPU profitability and achievement of sales targets, GP, EBITDA, and PBT.
- Oversee daily production operations, stock movement, PNL progression, and ensure accurate completion of accounting documents.
- Drive customer satisfaction and maintain a high standard of quality assurance across all assigned outlets in the region.
- Manage end-to-end people operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and coordination of staff training.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and health, safety, and environment standards.
- Resolve operational and customer issues promptly while preparing comprehensive daily reports for the Regional Operations Manager.
- Possession of a good First Degree in Food Science and Technology or other related sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in a similar operational management role within the QSR or FMCG sector.
- Valid professional certifications in Food, Health, and Safety.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, PnL analysis, and cost control.
