We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Portfolio Manager to join our esteemed team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing robust investment strategies, evaluating high-value opportunities, and overseeing private credit and real estate portfolios to ensure capital preservation and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive investment portfolios and aligned strategies.
- Evaluate, structure, and meticulously execute lucrative investment opportunities.
- Oversee private credit and real estate investments with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Conduct advanced financial modeling, asset valuation, and thorough risk analysis.
- Monitor ongoing portfolio performance, evaluate market trends, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Ensure effective risk management practices and capital preservation across all asset classes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 10 years of professional experience in portfolio management, investment, or asset management.
- Proven, demonstrable experience working with Alternative Investments and Real Estate.
- Strong working knowledge of credit risk assessment and structured investments.
- Prior experience managing illiquid or semi-liquid portfolios will be a distinct advantage.
