About the Role
Denam Properties Limited, a leading real estate and property development company in Abuja, is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Porter for Denam Apartments Limited (DAL). In this role, you will serve as a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and memorable arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome arriving guests warmly and professionally, providing an immediate sense of hospitality.
- Assist guests with loading, unloading, and safely transporting luggage to and from their apartments.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining basic property facilities, amenities, and relevant services.
- Support front desk operations, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and fulfill special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation of the entrance, lobby, and guest arrival areas.
- Handle guest belongings with utmost care and report any lost, damaged, or unattended items immediately.
- Minimum of an OND or HND in a relevant academic field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a porter, guest service, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Prior experience working in a hotel, serviced apartment, or shortlet environment is a strong advantage.
- Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria, with close proximity to the work location.
- Possess strong physical fitness, a welcoming attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
