About the Role
Tojum Hospitality, a premier hospitality management consultancy, is hiring a professional and passionate Porter on behalf of our esteemed client, Isaac Sam Lounge & Lodging Limited, located on Ring Road, Ibadan. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the establishment, ensuring guests receive top-tier hospitality from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greet all guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are familiar with room amenities and hotel facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences.
- Handle luggage storage and retrieval securely and efficiently.
- Perform general errands and support other hospitality staff as needed.
- Relevant educational qualifications and proven experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
