About the Role
Laim Hotel, situated in an ultra-serene environment with unrivaled visibility across the Osogbo metropolis, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Plumber to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our luxury facilities operate smoothly, providing our guests with an atmosphere of complete comfort, serenity, and royalty.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and waste disposal within the hotel.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they disrupt guest experiences.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergency call-outs from guest rooms and hotel facilities.
- Collaborate with the broader maintenance team to execute scheduled property upgrades and preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure all plumbing repairs and installations comply with relevant safety standards and local building codes.
- Candidates should possess a relevant Trade Test, City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification in plumbing and pipefitting.
- Must have 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience as a plumber, preferably within the hospitality or commercial real estate sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Residency in or close proximity to Osogbo is an added advantage.
