Key Responsibilities- Optimize production processes and troubleshoot plastic blow molding machinery including extruders and accumulators.
- Support the design and development of plastic components, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials such as PET and HDPE, understanding their properties and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to product improvements.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on progress, technical challenges, and innovative solutions.
- Document manufacturing processes, methodologies, and test results to maintain clear operational records.
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing and blow molding processes.
- In-depth knowledge of PET and HDPE materials, polymer chemistry, and processing methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD for product design and tooling development.
- Familiarity with various plastic manufacturing techniques including injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
