Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Integrate both theoretical concepts and practical laboratory experiments to enhance student comprehension.
- Mentor students participating in science fairs, academic competitions, and engineering innovations.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and organizing remedial sessions where necessary.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to improve science department programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc (Ed), or B.Sc in Physics or a related physical science discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogical techniques and practical laboratory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
