Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons aligned with the school's advanced-level curriculum and national educational standards.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and interactive laboratory experiments to enhance practical understanding.
- Assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to foster academic excellence.
- Integrate digital tools and modern ICT resources into daily classroom instruction to promote technological proficiency.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and scientific inquiry.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Master of Science (M.Sc) in Physics, Physics Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary or advanced-level institution.
- Strong command of physics concepts with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to students.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing digital learning tools and integrating technology into teaching.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Ilorin, Kwara State.
