Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Physics lessons to secondary school students using modern pedagogical techniques.
- Design and supervise hands-on laboratory practicals to foster experiential learning and critical thinking.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to measure student progress.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Evaluate and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and timely progress reports to parents.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian and/or British secondary school curricula.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Strong passion for STEM education and student character development.
- Teaching certification (TRCN) will be an added advantage.
