About the Role
Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) is a prominent, science-oriented educational network with branches across Nigeria, dedicated to delivering academic excellence from the crèche level upward. We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery / Early Year Teacher to create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment for our youngest students. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood development and a proven ability to engage young learners through play-based and structured educational activities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the early years curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor, assess, and record each child's progress and development, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and foster positive social interactions among children.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to organize school events and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students under your care at all times.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.A in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a nursery or early year setting.
- Strong passion for child development and early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
