Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and educational content aligned with curriculum requirements for both Nigerian and Cambridge frameworks
- Assess student needs, strengths, and weaknesses to structure differentiated lessons and targeted assessments
- Employ varied teaching methods and strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Create engaging, stimulating classroom experiences with regular progress monitoring and student feedback
- Prepare students for WAEC examinations, IGCSE qualifications, and Physics-related academic competitions
- Implement effective classroom management and student discipline strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or related scientific discipline
- Relevant teaching certification (preferred)
- TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification (advantageous)
- Demonstrated patience, innovation, and creativity in teaching methodologies
- Proven classroom management and student discipline expertise
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
