Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Physics and Mathematics in alignment with advanced-level curricula.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that promote critical thinking and technical proficiency.
- Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Integrate modern ICT tools into classroom instruction to foster digital literacy among students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and continuous professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Master of Science (M.Sc) Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of verifiable teaching experience in secondary or advanced-level educational institutions.
- Strong command of both Physics and Mathematics subject matter with a proven track record of student success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
