Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry and Biology lessons aligned with the college curriculum.
- Integrate modern ICT tools and digital resources into daily science instruction to enhance student engagement.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to advanced scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development programs organized by the institution.
- Guide students through practical laboratory experiments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Possession of a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Chemistry, Biology, Education, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary or advanced-level educational institution.
- Strong foundational knowledge of contemporary ICT tools and digital learning platforms.
