About the Role
Alaro City, a premier mixed-income, city-scale development featuring offices, logistics, homes, and 150 hectares of open spaces, is seeking a talented Photo & Video Content Associate. In this creative role, you will lead our visual storytelling by producing compelling assets for marketing campaigns, digital channels, and corporate communications across our expansive Nigerian development.
Key Responsibilities- Capture high-quality photographs for marketing campaigns, real estate, lifestyle content, events, and project progress, including monthly drone flyovers.
- Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content tailored for social media, corporate communication, and stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team to conceptualize creative ideas and maintain content calendars.
- Operate, maintain, and manage the safe storage of all photography, videography, and drone equipment.
- Retouch images and deliver polished video outputs featuring professional motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
- Organize and archive all visual assets to ensure seamless retrieval for future company projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and media editing.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate, corporate, lifestyle, and event visual production.
- Proven proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Licensed or experienced drone operation is a significant added advantage.
- Exceptional understanding of lighting, composition, audio recording, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to multitask, meet strict production deadlines, and occasionally work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
