Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
- Prepare prescription orders, including precise counting, pouring, and labeling of medications.
- Manage pharmacy inventory levels, monitor stock expiration dates, and place supply orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information seamlessly using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries from patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all pharmacy laws, regulatory standards, and hospital safety protocols at all times.
- Minimum of a Diploma or certification as a Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Pharmacy Technician in Nigeria.
- Proven experience working in a hospital or retail pharmacy environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and pharmacy management software.
