In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients while collaborating closely with our medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently to outpatients and inpatients.
  • Prepare prescription orders, which include precise counting, pouring, packaging, and labeling of medications.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory levels, monitor stock expiration dates, and place supply orders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update medical information seamlessly on the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond professionally to inquiries from patients, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks, such as filing prescriptions, organizing the pharmacy workspace, and maintaining strict cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all healthcare and pharmacy laws, regulatory standards, and hospital safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Possess relevant academic qualifications and certifications as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience working in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and EMR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
