We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated pharmacy team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensure the safe storage, handling, and organization of all drugs and pharmacy products in compliance with hospital standards.
- Greet patients warmly, address their inquiries professionally, and provide clear instructions on medication usage as directed.
- Process prescriptions, manage patient records, and handle billing or insurance documentation accurately using hospital management systems.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe working environment within the hospital pharmacy department.
- Possess a relevant Diploma or certification as a Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution.
- Current registration and valid practicing license with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably within a reputable hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and organizational skills.
