Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing medications accurately under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Managing pharmaceutical inventory, monitoring stock levels, and checking for expired medications.
  • Greeting patients professionally, processing prescriptions, and providing clear instructions on medication usage.
  • Maintaining accurate records of pharmaceutical transactions and adhering strictly to safety and hospital protocols.
  • Collaborating effectively with doctors, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensuring the pharmacy dispensary area remains clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a relevant professional qualification, certification, or diploma in Pharmacy Technology.
  • Valid practicing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a hospital or retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare team environment.
