About the Role
Damel Interiors is a premier interior design and decoration studio located in Egbeda, Lagos, specializing in transforming residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. We are currently looking for a diligent and organized Store Attendant / Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, managing inventory for bespoke furniture crafting, luxury kitchen makeovers, and full-scale turnkey design projects across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming materials, furniture pieces, and hardware supplies into the inventory system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment to prevent damage to luxury goods and materials.
- Assist with stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical inventory with digital records.
- Prepare, package, and coordinate materials for dispatch to various project sites in Lagos and across Nigeria.
- Collaborate with the procurement and project management teams to track stock levels and report shortages promptly.
- Handle loading and offloading of goods safely using standard warehouse equipment and best practices.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant qualification in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a store attendant, warehouse assistant, or similar inventory role is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software or spreadsheet applications.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy items and manage warehouse operations efficiently.
- Reside in or around Egbeda, Alimosho, or easily accessible locations within Lagos.
