About the Role

Masslife Healthcare Limited is a leading Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) dedicated to delivering top-tier, affordable, and accessible health insurance solutions to our public and private sector clients nationwide. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pharmacy Network Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Head Office. In this role, you will be the core custodian of our pharmaceutical benefits scheme, playing a pivotal part in maintaining clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with a nationwide network of community pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and diagnostic hubs.
  • Audit and vet pharmaceutical claims submitted by providers to detect errors, over-invoicing, and fraudulent billing practices.
  • Maintain, review, and regularly update the company drug formulary and price tariffs to ensure cost-efficiency and clinical relevance.
  • Ensure all network pharmacies strictly comply with regulations set by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN), NAFDAC, and standard health insurance protocols.
  • Provide expert clinical oversight for high-cost, specialized, or chronic disease medication requests escalated by internal teams.
  • Conduct periodic routine and spot-check clinical audits of paneled pharmacies to verify drug storage conditions and inventory logs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an accredited institution with a current, valid practicing license from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • 2 to 3 years of post-NYSC experience, preferably within a Health Insurance Company (HMO), Managed Care Organization, or digital pharmacy network aggregator.
  • Deep understanding of managed care pharmacy, drug tariffs, and health insurance industry dynamics.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or healthcare CRM platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication skills.
