About the Role
Chuvet Pharmaceutical and Allied Ventures Ltd, a trusted private pharmaceutical and drug distribution company established in 2014 in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and self-motivated Pharmacy Assistant Nurse to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Pharmacist-in-Charge, your primary role will be to attend to walk-in customers, fulfill prescription orders, administer basic treatments, and provide outstanding healthcare customer service in a thriving community pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the checkout counter efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment for walk-in customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients with inquiries regarding non-prescription health products.
- Assist the Pharmacist-in-Charge with daily retail pharmacy operations and inventory management.
- Perform wound dressing, minor treatments, and vaccine administration following established protocols.
- Help fulfill and package medication orders accurately and safely.
- Proven experience working as an auxiliary nurse or pharmacy assistant in a retail or community pharmacy.
- Sound knowledge of common drug products, pharmaceutical brands, and over-the-counter medications.
- Practical skills in clinical procedures including wound dressing, medical treatments, and vaccine administration.
- Must reside within close proximity to our office in Magodo Gateway Zone, Berger, Shangisha, Oke-Ira, or Isheri, Lagos.
