We are currently seeking motivated and innovative Pharmacists to drive sales growth, deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, and support the overall profitability of our retail pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities- Review prescriptions accurately and provide thorough patient counselling to ensure safe, effective medication use
- Organise and manage the pharmacy layout for efficient identification of drugs, medical devices, and sundries
- Oversee inventory movement meticulously to prevent product deterioration, stock shortages, and expiration
- Drive the marketing and delivery of expanded pharmacy services, including rapid health checks and wellness programs
- Contribute actively to sales growth, category performance, and branch profitability through innovation and customer-focused initiatives
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in the health sector through continuous professional learning and collaboration
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards set by governing bodies
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution
- Current, valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Nigeria
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and modern pharmacy information systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with professional integrity
- Demonstrated patient-centred approach and commercial awareness in a retail setting
