Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to clients.
- Review medication orders to verify safety, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Provide comprehensive counseling to patients on proper drug usage, potential side effects, and adherence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including regular stock rotation, auditing, and expiry tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with all healthcare regulatory standards and ethical practices.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to support patient-centric health initiatives.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid practicing license and registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Strong working knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical care principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting is a distinct advantage.
