About the Role

In this vital role, you will uphold the highest standards of product safety and efficacy, ensuring that our life-improving medications consistently meet rigorous quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and regulatory standards across all operations.
  • Supervise manufacturing processes and conduct thorough reviews and approvals of batch manufacturing and packaging records.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control activities, including investigating deviations and managing product stability monitoring.
  • Participate in internal and external audits while implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product registration, regulatory submissions, and commercialization activities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and product defects promptly to maintain market trust and consumer safety.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production and quality personnel regarding industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Must possess a valid practicing license and registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, or regulatory affairs is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP, and pharmaceutical quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
