About the Role
Castville Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Driver to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for our executive team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless daily commutes and errands while upholding our high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and road safety.
Key Responsibilities- Safely and punctually transport the employer to and from designated locations, resuming promptly by 7:00 AM daily.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in a pristine, clean, and optimal working condition at all times.
- Conduct routine basic vehicle checks and report any mechanical faults or service requirements promptly.
- Assist with luggage, groceries, and personal items as required during trips.
- Strictly observe all Nigerian traffic rules, speed limits, and road safety regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employer schedules, conversations, and personal matters.
- Perform other driving and related administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Proven professional experience working as a Personal, Executive, or Family Driver.
- Fluency in speaking Yoruba is strongly preferred.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Exceptional punctuality, trustworthiness, respectfulness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside within Gbagada or its immediate environs to facilitate prompt 7:00 AM resumption.
