About the Role

Prixair Group, a leading hospitality and lifestyle conglomerate comprising hotels, catering, properties, studios, and restaurants, is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to the CEO. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative support, manage complex schedules, and facilitate seamless communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders across our diverse operations in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule with precision.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and take accurate minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive office.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and vital business documents.
  • Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain a secure, organized filing system for highly confidential documents and records.
  • Act as a professional liaison between the CEO, senior management, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct research, compile briefing notes, and anticipate the CEO's administrative and logistical needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
