Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reliable day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to executive management, ensuring optimal time management and productivity.
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinate appointments, organize meetings, and set timely reminders and follow-ups.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of meetings, corporate events, and special tasks to guarantee timely completion.
  • Prepare high-quality professional presentations, detailed reports, official documents, and meeting materials.
  • Design and edit engaging basic graphics and visual content tailored for social media and professional business communications.
  • Support the strategic planning, creation, and ongoing management of social media content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, effectively coordinating with internal staff, external vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within a pharmaceutical or corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of various social media platforms and modern content management practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar creative software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
