We are currently looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to own the numbers behind our work and turn campaign activities into measurable business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Own the performance strategy for assigned clients, tying campaign activities directly to commercial goals such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, and retention.
- Define comprehensive measurement frameworks including KPIs, tracking, attribution models, and reporting cadences.
- Design and execute structured experiments across target audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages to drive conversions.
- Partner closely with Ads Specialists and Design Leads to optimize budget allocation and high-converting creatives.
- Build and maintain detailed performance dashboards that reconcile data across ad platforms, analytics tools, and client sources.
- Identify funnel drop-off points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Present clear performance narratives and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital analytics within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CPL, and LTV.
- Strong proficiency in analytics and dashboarding tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of major paid media platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
