About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented, and people-focused People and Systems Manager to join our client, a leading premium bridal fashion brand in Nigeria. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing the administrative, human resources, and operational frameworks required to scale the business efficiently. You will champion process automation and systems integration, primarily utilizing Zoho or comparable platforms to streamline cross-functional workflows, improve accountability, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day business operations, building and continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), dashboards, and operational controls.
- Own the implementation and administration of Zoho or similar integrated business management platforms to automate workflows and reduce manual data entry.
- Manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Design and execute comprehensive training calendars and professional development programs aligned with company capability gaps.
- Oversee office administration, vendor relationships, procurement spending, and operational risk tracking to ensure seamless business execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience spanning business operations, HR management, process improvement, and organizational systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise implementing and administering Zoho applications or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to map processes, configure digital workflows, and train staff on system adoption.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, luxury, or fast-moving customer-focused industries is a distinct advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦300,000.
