About the Role
Infinity Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused Freelance Payday Loan Officers to expand our financial services reach. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing eligible borrowers, promoting our tailored payday loan products, and guiding clients smoothly through the application process. Key Responsibilities- Source and onboard new customers for the bank's competitive payday loan products
- Generate high-quality loan leads through personal networks, referrals, and field marketing initiatives
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, pricing, and repayment terms clearly to prospective clients
- Pre-screen borrowers to ensure applications meet fundamental lending and risk criteria
- Assist customers in completing loan documentation and submitting accurate requirements
- Maintain healthy, professional relationships with borrowers throughout and following the loan cycle
- Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursements, customer acquisition, and portfolio performance
- Ensure strict compliance with internal lending policies, KYC mandates, and regulatory guidelines
- Protect sensitive customer information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Submit accurate, regular reports detailing leads, applications, disbursements, and repayments
- Minimum of OND, NCE, B.Sc., or HND in any relevant discipline
- Prior experience in microfinance, payday lending, consumer finance, fintech sales, or direct marketing is a strong advantage
- Strong personal and professional network among salary earners and civil servants is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently hit personal targets
- Basic digital literacy with proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and mobile applications
