Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, offering compassionate guidance and comprehensive support throughout their hospital visit.
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding medical appointments, hospital services, diagnostic procedures, and billing processes.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with clinical and administrative departments to ensure timely, efficient, and appropriate patient care.
  • Manage patient concerns, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate complex issues to appropriate management when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with discharged patients to ensure their ongoing recovery needs and concerns are fully met.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and strictly confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collect, document, and analyze patient feedback to help identify actionable areas for continuous service improvement.
  • Uphold the hospital's rigorous customer service standards and promote a welcoming, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in patient support, customer service, or healthcare administration.
  • Prior working experience within a reputable hospital or clinical environment is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a calm, empathetic approach to stressful situations.
