About the Role
Prestigious Consulting Group, a leading global staffing agency located in Lagos, is seeking a commercially driven Partnerships Lead to develop strategic relationships, secure corporate and institutional partnerships, and generate high-impact business opportunities. In this role, you will combine strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to convert professional relationships into signed agreements, commercial engagements, and valuable funding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate, institutional, and strategic partners from initial outreach to signed agreements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with government ministries, agencies, development institutions, and public-sector organisations to secure strategic collaborations.
- Engage manufacturers, investors, and financial institutions to establish joint ventures, sponsorships, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
- Prepare comprehensive partnership proposals, MOUs, and commercial frameworks while leading negotiations through to execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling, referral, and client acquisition opportunities across service areas.
- Identify grant, co-financing, and development funding opportunities in coordination with internal associates.
- Represent the company at key industry events, maintain accurate partnership registers, and submit regular performance reports.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in partnerships, corporate relations, strategic alliances, or business development.
- Demonstrable success in securing commercial agreements, client mandates, or institutional funding.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with prior CRM experience serving as an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to government institutions, development agencies, investment advisory, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
