About the Role
Proforce Limited is a leading total defence solution provider specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality armoured vehicles and personal protection systems across Africa. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Panel Beater to join our vibrant production team at our manufacturing plant in Ode Remo, Ogun State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic precision of our specialized vehicles, contributing directly to our mission of delivering confidence in protective mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Repair, reshape, and restore damaged vehicle body panels and structural components to meet strict manufacturing standards.
- Perform dent removal, precision panel alignment, straightening, cutting, and custom fitting.
- Fabricate, modify, and replace body panels as required during vehicle assembly and production.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and vehicle body designs accurately.
- Safely operate panel-beating tools, hydraulic equipment, measuring instruments, and workshop machinery.
- Collaborate closely with welders, painters, production technicians, and quality control personnel.
- Inspect finished panels to verify proper alignment, dimensions, and high-quality finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while strictly adhering to workplace safety and PPE protocols.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO, Trade Test Certificate, NABTEB, or relevant qualification from a recognized Technical College.
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in panel beating, automobile body repair, or vehicle manufacturing.
- Strong practical knowledge of automobile body construction, panel alignment, and fabrication techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Exceptional manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workshop safety.
