We are currently looking for a dedicated Painter to ensure top-tier painting quality by accurately following technical data sheets and SOPs, expertly operating painting equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere strictly to paint manufacturer specifications and SOPs for mixing and application.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
- Operate spray guns and painting machines effectively to apply consistent, defect-free coatings.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times.
- Perform visual quality checks and make touch-ups as needed to meet strict industry standards.
- Log time and activity accurately via internal systems like GSS.
- Minimum of an OND/HND qualification or a relevant Trade Test certification.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in paint application, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in spray painting, managing various paint types, and achieving professional finishes.
- Strong attention to detail, reliable work ethic, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines.
