Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients across various departments, ensuring their comfort, safety, and rapid recovery.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage intravenous lines tailored to pediatric needs.
- Assess clinical conditions of young patients and respond swiftly to medical emergencies.
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians, surgeons, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Provide empathetic emotional support and education to parents and family members regarding child health and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Post-basic qualification in Paediatric Nursing or equivalent specialized training is strongly preferred.
- Proven clinical experience working in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility.
