Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily packing and dispatch operations to guarantee seamless and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate, mentor, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams to consistently achieve operational targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory movement, verify dispatch documentation, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports using relevant computer applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to continuously improve warehouse efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in packing, dispatch, or logistics operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern packing processes and supply chain workflows.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and resume immediately.
