We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations / Logistics Officer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily dispatch operations, ensuring that our mouth-watering meals are delivered fresh, hot, and on time to our esteemed customers. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics, dispatch operations, and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels of packaging materials, ingredients, and supplies to prevent stockouts.
- Liaise with riders, kitchen staff, and customer service teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of dispatch records, delivery costs, and transit times for operational review.
- Implement cost-effective route planning to optimize fuel consumption and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during transit and handling.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in logistics, operations, or dispatch coordination, preferably within the food or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage riders and resolve operational issues.
- Familiarity with local routes and navigation systems within our operating region in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and inventory management tools.
