About the Role
International Breweries Plc, a renowned leader in the Nigerian beverage manufacturing sector, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Packaging Maintenance Planner to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate continuous improvement in plant reliability through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) development, robust maintenance scheduling, and advanced project planning.
Key Responsibilities- Generate routine maintenance schedules including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection tasks using the maintenance planning system.
- Manage maintenance systems to ensure operational and data integrity, accurate SAP reporting, and proper work order generation.
- Facilitate and lead maintenance pre-meetings and postmortems to optimize resource allocation, prioritize tasks, and discuss lessons learned.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify failure modes, root causes of equipment failures, and timely preventive measures.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve maintenance challenges.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent trade certification.
- 3 to 5 years of production engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Sound knowledge of brewing and packaging plant operations will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications.
