About the Role
Seth Hotels, Apartments & Suites, a premier 3-star hospitality destination located at No. 2 Anam Crescent, Oduke Road, Okwe, Asaba, Delta State, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Outside Cleaner to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding our high standards of cleanliness, ensuring that our exterior premises, pathways, gardens, and recreational areas always present an immaculate and welcoming appearance to our valued guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Sweep and clear debris from all outdoor walkways, parking lots, driveways, and entrance areas on a daily basis.
- Empty outdoor waste receptacles regularly and ensure proper disposal of all refuse and litter around the hotel grounds.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor seating areas, swimming pool surrounds, and patio spaces.
- Perform basic landscaping duties such as weeding flower beds, raking leaves, and watering designated outdoor plants.
- Wash exterior windows, glass doors, and signage to maintain a sparkling and professional look.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed around the hotel exterior to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations while performing outdoor cleaning duties.
- Proven work experience as a cleaner, groundskeeper, or in a similar hospitality sanitation role is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff members.
